Setup Guide
Add BrandHalo as a custom connector in Claude. You'll sign in with your BrandHalo account when connecting.
How to install BrandHalo as a custom connector in Claude

Open Claude settings
Go to Settings → Connectors in Claude.

Add custom connector
Click "Add" or "Add custom connector".

Enter the MCP server URL
Paste this URL (must include
https://):https://www.brandhalo.io/mcp - 4
Add the connector
Click "Add custom connector".

Connect and sign in
Click "Connect" and follow the prompts to sign in with your BrandHalo account.

Use BrandHalo in chat
Start a new chat and enable the BrandHalo connector via the "+" button to access your brand data.
Need your API key or more options?
Log in to your BrandHalo account and go to the Connectors page for API key generation, Cursor setup, and full integration details.
Log in and go to ConnectorsTeam and Enterprise Plans
For Claude Team and Enterprise plans, organisation owners or admins add the connector first. Members can then connect and authenticate with their BrandHalo account.
Owners add the connector
Navigate to Admin settings → Connectors to add BrandHalo.
Members connect
Each member clicks Connect and signs in with their BrandHalo account.
Read-only access
Claude can only read brand data, never modify it.
